During my stay, there were significant issues that overshadowed my experience. My room had a continuous noise problem early in the morning, which disrupted my sleep. The bathroom had maintenance issues, including a dripping shower pipe that made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the breakfast setup was chaotic and disorganized, with staff appearing stressed and unprepared, affecting the overall dining experience.

The bed in the Superior Double Room was quite firm, which may not be comfortable for everyone.

rooftop pool, spacious rooms, peaceful street
Some taxis are hesitant to navigate the narrow back street!!! Improving accessibility for rideshare services would enhance convenience!!! Additionally, minor maintenance issues could benefit from attention for a smoother stay experience!!!

great staff , but noisy guests.
The staff were very friendly and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. The bed in my room was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the stunning city view from my balcony in the Deluxe Double or Twin Room, which added a special touch to my stay.

The friendly, attentive staff made our experience exceptional, arranging a day tour at a competitive price. The refreshing pool offered beautiful views of the city, and the room was beautifully appointed. However, there was noticeable morning noise from the dining area that disrupted sleep, and some amenities felt slightly worn, which detracted from the overall comfort. Breakfast was satisfying but could have been better organized at peak times.

The rooftop pool provided a serene escape, complete with sunbeds and an inviting atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. Breakfast offerings, including delightful Belgian waffles, were plentiful and varied, enhancing the overall experience. However, the cleanliness could be improved, as some linens appeared worn. Additionally, minor maintenance issues in the room slightly detracted from the stay. Lastly, the hotel’s vibrant location, while close to restaurants and attractions, also brought some street noise at times.
